Source hierarchy

We use official regulator records for licensing entries and dates, official operator pages for operator-published terms and help, and the National Lottery Authority for its own products. Provider documentation can explain game mechanics but may describe a general version rather than the operator’s deployed configuration. Secondary market articles are useful only when the measurement and geography are clear.

Each claim should be tied to what the source actually supports. A campaign page proves that a campaign was published, not that it is available to every account. A menu proves a route or label, not all mechanics. A registry record supports the displayed name and activity, not a broad legal conclusion. Where the source scope is narrow, our wording is narrow too.

Status labels

“Commission register” identifies a fact in a regulator’s own published record. “Operator-published” identifies a statement made by SportyBet, such as a rule or limit. “Promotion; date-sensitive” warns that the claim may expire or change. “Not tested” means no account action was performed. “Not confirmed” means the relevant public official evidence was not located in the research reviewed; it does not prove that a product is impossible or absent forever.

We aim to display the checked date near a page and include direct source links. Readers should revisit primary sources when a fact can change, especially license status, payment availability, game catalogue, odds, account limits and promotions. A claim that needs a current account check is labelled accordingly.

No hands-on testing

We did not register an account, submit personal documents, deposit or withdraw money, place a sports bet, play a casino title, install an app or contact customer support for this review. Therefore we do not claim a successful transaction, fast support, tested mobile performance, exact game uptime or first-hand odds comparison.

Illustrations on the site are original editorial artwork. They are not screenshots of the operator’s interface, photographs of actual account activity or proof that a game is live. Where a user needs account-specific certainty, they should check the current official account or contact the operator.

Updates and corrections

We record the date of research and update pages when a primary source changes or a clear error is identified. A reader can compare the source register with the statements on each guide. If a link breaks or a source appears inconsistent, the claim should be rechecked before it remains in the summary.

For corrections, use the contact channel listed on the site if provided by the publisher. We do not guarantee that every change by an operator will be reflected immediately, so the live operator and regulator remain authoritative for current terms.
